Our Warranty

We have two different warranties in place to fit in with your individual needs. Our no questions asked three-year warranty comes standard on the majority of our wall decoration jobs.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

If something happens to go wrong when undertaking a major wall decoration expense you can feel confident that we will pick up the ball.

We, at FANCY WALL, take care and pride in our work creating lifelong job relationships. However, if something unlikely happens with any of our jobs we did, you can always give us a call to have the problem solved.

Our Warranty Policy:

Subject to the restrictions set out below, for a time of 36 months from the date on the front of your contract, FANCY WALL will repair blistering, chipping of the wall decorating materials, and peeling resulting from imperfect workmanship.

For this warranty to be effectual, you must:

Contact FANCY WALL by our phone or Email so that we can orchestrate for an examination of your property, clarify the nature and degree of the covered maintenance and plan to carry out the required work.

Make the facility available to us, to complete the repairs.

FANCY WALL will:

Do all of the enclosed repairs at no charge to you.

Do any enclosed repairs on the precise areas where blistering and/or peeling has taken place. We cannot assure the same exact color match as ecological conditions may affect the color of natural woods over time.

What the Warranty does NOT cover:

• Any of the work where FANCY WALL did not furnish the material supplies,
• Any labor not executed by FANCY WALL or where non-employees of FANCY WALL has tried to do exterior preparation,
• Any flaking, wearing or damaging that FANCY WALL establishes is the outcome of dampness.
• We also offer a 3 year warranty improvement, inclusive with numerous annual preservation assessments. We refer to this as our “Five -Year Maintenance Warranty.” With a warranty of up to 5 years, we guarantee you lasting splendor and lifelong fortification for your home.

THIS RESTRICTED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY CONVEYED WARRANTY MADE BY FANCY WALL AND IS IN PLACE OF ALL FORMER WARRANTIES, COMMUNICATED, OR IMPLIED. THIS PLEDGE   DEALS WITH ONLY THOSE SERVICES PROVIDED BY FANCY WALL TO THE ORIGINAL CUSTOMER NAMED ON THE FRONT OF THE JOB CONTRACT.
